Rental Terms & Refund Policy

Welcome to Bed Reserve. Please read our booking and cancellation policies carefully before finalizing your reservation.

All Sales Are Final
All bookings with Bed Reserve are non-refundable. We do not issue cash, credit card, or debit card refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies strictly to all rental equipment, including beach beds, umbrellas, and packages.

Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

• 48-Hour Notice Required: You must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation start time.

• Store Credit Issued: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive 100% store credit for the full booking amount.

• Credit Expiration: Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of your original reservation.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation start time forfeit all payments and will not receive store credit.

Weather & Inclement Conditions

• Safety Closures: If Bed Reserve cancels operations due to severe weather, you will receive full store credit for your booking.

• No Partial Credit: No store credit or prorated adjustments are issued for early departures or mid-day weather changes.
